Shipping Policy

This information is organized to make the relevant expectations easy to review.

For each request, service may be unavailable for some destinations, restricted addresses, or items affected by carrier rules. Questions about a shipment should include the information needed to identify the order and investigate with the carrier.

For each request, this policy applies to physical products ordered through this website. Orders normally require about 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

For each request, estimated transit is 3–5 business days after the order leaves fulfillment. That delivery estimate matches the timing used for GMC, but carrier schedules, weather, holidays, and destination conditions mean it is not a guarantee.

For each request, any free-shipping offer is determined at checkout. Those ordering must provide an accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number so that order and tracking notices can be issued correctly.

For each request, tracking information is sent when available. If a package is delayed, lost, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, write to us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and a description of the issue; photos of damaged goods and packaging may be requested.
