This information is organized to make the relevant expectations easy to review.

For each request, what should I do about damage, a defect, a wrong item, or missing contents? Send the order number, checkout email, an explanation, and photos or video of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

For each request, when is a refund processed? An approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 10 days. Posting time after processing is controlled by the financial institution.

For each request, which payment methods are accepted? Only the secure payment choices actually displayed at checkout are enabled for the order.

For each request, how can I write to us and where are full terms available? Use the contact details at the end of this page. Shipping, returns, payments, privacy, and terms are explained in their corresponding information pages.

For each request, are cookies or measurement tools used? Necessary cookies support core functions. Optional analytics or advertising-effectiveness tools may operate when enabled and permitted, with available choices provided as required.

For each request, what products are offered? Our store carries sandwich cookies, snack cakes, frozen treats, personalized gifts, merchandise, and related accessories, subject to current availability.

For each request, is shipping free? Any free-shipping eligibility is made available at checkout. Orders usually take about 1–2 business days to process, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit, consistent with the GMC delivery setting.

For each request, what if I change my mind or choose the wrong item? Request a mailed return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. A non-defective item must be new, unused, in its original condition, and include its packaging, labels, and accessories.

For each request, how are returns sent? The package includes a free return label, and there is no restocking fee. Obtain authorization before mailing anything back.
