Refund Policy

This information is organized to make the relevant expectations easy to review.

For each request, exchanges depend on actual inventory. Once a refund is approved, it is sent to the original payment method and is processed within 10 days; a bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

For each request, we accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, and exchanges are also available. A request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

For each request, for a non-defective return, including a change of mind, personal preference, or selection of the wrong item, the product must be new, unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging, labels, and included accessories.

For each request, damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products may also be reported. Provide the order number, checkout email, and an explanation; photos or video of the item and packaging are required when the issue involves damage, a defect, a wrong shipment, or missing contents.

For each request, returns are made by mail. A free return label is included in the package, and no restocking fee is charged. Do not mail an item back without authorization.
